07:30: Your tour guide from Vina Trang An Travel Company will pick you up at the designated meeting point to start the excursion to Mua Cave. Located at the foot of Mua Mountain in Khe Dau Ha village, Ninh Xuan commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh, Mua Cave is known as the “fairy maiden of Tam Coc” or the “Great Wall of Vietnam.” With its majestic scenery of limestone peaks, golden ripe rice fields, and eerie mountaintop pagodas, this place sets a perfect beginning for the journey.
After exploring Mua Cave, the group will board the car to continue the journey to the scenic Tam Coc Bich Dong. Tam Coc, meaning “three caves,” comprises the Hang Ca (First Cave), Hang Hai (Second Cave), and Hang Ba (Third Cave), which are traversed by the Ngo Dong River, meandering amidst rice fields in the valley. On either side are graceful limestone karsts, creating a breathtaking landscape. Bich Dong is an ancient cave pagoda originally named “Bach Ngoc Thach Son Dong,” meaning the beautiful and white-as-jade stone cave pagoda.
