Book by payment and deposit

Option 1 – Book directly at our website by paying a deposit directly at the website: This is the best way for customers to easily book at our website with a deposit of 10% to 30%.

Option 2 – Book with us by email request with deposit payment using a payment link sent to your email: If you book with us via email then our sales staff also will contact you to confirm service arrangements, deposit payment to your email.

After booking and paying on our website or booking and paying using the deposit payment link, customers will receive confirmation, other information or voucher within 24 hours after we receive the deposit.

Option 3: We can send you our quick payment link, you can also make an easy payment by Scanning the QR code and filling in the information to make the payment

Option 4: final payment (Balance payment)

Prior to the travel date, customers are required to pay by cash or accepted credit cards. Normally, customers must come directly to our office to make Final Payment (balance payment) 1 day before travel, or 1 day before tour departure date.

If you are a group, family, company, etc. booking a tour, the final payment (balance payment) will be required within a few days (from 3 days to 10 days). ) before the departure date of the cruise or tour will be notified by our sales staff if you.

Booking & Voucher Confirmation

Our sales staff will send a confirmation to the customer, which is done via e-mail within 1 (one) day l or we will notify you of the booking status at the time of booking place.

Confirmation, or voucher, will be sent to the customer via email, immediately after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. Service vouchers will be sent directly to customers or via email.

Liability and insurance

We will not be responsible for any damages suffered by passengers due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, or political activities.

Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Participation in tours means that all parties involved agree to the above conditions.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation fees will be charged from local suppliers and other partners. Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on each individual tour and tour package.

Cancellations by the supplier due to reasons related to government restrictions or regulations, weather conditions, etc., the customer will receive a refund depending on the specific conditions.

There will be no refunds or exchanges between parties if the customer decides to decline while the tour is in progress. If you have not used the service, you will not be compensated for the unused portion of the trip.
